Will be held on
Saturday
September 13th 2008
- If you are an Arts and Crafts Vendor the space will cost $25.00
- A food Vendor space will cost $50.00

- Your check will be your receipt.
- Please provide your name, phone number and what you will be selling or advertising. If you need more information ask to be called back for a response. Food vendors please ask to have Ruth return your call.
The Schedule so far is
- 10-4 Food and delicious homemade pies at the concession stand
- 10-4 Rusty Roof BBQ (great food) looking for more vendors
- 9-9:30 Pie entries for the contest at the fire house -no dairy please
- 10:30 Judging of the pies-Fire House
- 11:00 Childrens games begin
- 12:00 Veiwing of winning pies
- 1:00 any other announcements, speakers or whatever at the pavillion
- 2:00 Pie Eating Contest
- 3:00 Horned toad race (no humans)
- 7:00 til midnight Karaoke and Dance at this time prize pies will be auctioned
Lots of fun music picnicking
visiting music all day
PIE TOWN MOTORCYCLE ASSOCIATION
Will be Sponsoring a
"Toys for Tots" Run
